What a pity!!!

Under a government of PHONEY CHANGE , led by the duo of Buhari and Osinbajo , a big man, ADEDOYIN involved in a murder case( simpering chap in the picture with VP YEMI OSIBAJO) was brought to court by the police in a shiny SUV , looking quite dapper and very free, with police men in tow acting more like body guards.

A murder was commited in Adedoyin's hotel in Ile - Ife , Osun State , trial is now to be conducted in Abuja? . What has changed in this ghastly regime of phantom CHANGE?. Some fellows still come and be parading VICE PRESIDENT OSINBAJO as the best person to succeed Buhari . If it happens, know that it will be the next level of HYPER HYPOCRISY speaking English eloquently. RUBBISH...

Tenure Extension: What Oyegun told Buhari, APC NEC....

The National Chairman of Nigeria’s ruling party, APC, John Odigie-Oyegun, says he has had to endure “virulent media attacks” over the controversy on tenure extension for party officials.
Mr. Odigie-Oyegun, addressing the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the party including President Muhammadu Buhari, narrated how the tenure extension proposal came about.
He explained that the NEC had initially approved the one-year tenure extension for federal and state officials of the party before a request by Mr. Buhari for a reversal.

John Odigie-Oyegun, APC Chairman

Mr. President, Your Excellencies, it is my pleasure to welcome you and all members of the National Executive Committee of our party to this important meeting.
Members will recall that at the meeting of February 27, we requested the NEC to approve a timetable for congresses and the convention ahead of the expiration of tenure of the current executive. However, rather than approve the timetable, members expressed concern that if we embarked on the congresses as planned, the process could precipitate a series of rancour, which might be difficult for the party to manage ahead of the coming general elections. It was therefore resolved with a near unanimous votes of 104 to 4 that the current executives of the party at all levels be allowed to continue in acting capacity for a period not exceeding twelve months starting from June 2018.

Second Term: dwarfs trying to wear a giant’s shoes should simply run away – Adesina...

There are two options for those in contention for the presidency in 2019: run, or run away. Now that President Muhammadu Buhari has indicated his intention to run, dwarfs trying to wear a giant’s shoes should simply run away. The cat has returned from a journey, let the rats scamper for safety.
Show clean pairs of heels? But this is a democracy! Everybody is free to run in the direction he or she fancies. True. So, what I’ve said is mere advice, which they can take, or choose not to take. Nigerians will decide early next year. The greater the challenge, the sweeter the victory.
I have always said it privately and in public. If President Muhammadu Buhari decides to run for a second term in 2019, I would support him. It doesn’t matter whether I am in government or not. For some of us, the man Buhari is a conviction, a resolution, a man to admire and adore since 1984, when he became military head of state.

Adesina

Is he perfect? Show me the man who is. Is he running a perfect government? Show me the government which is. Is he sincere? Very. Does he love the country? Dearly. Will he take Nigeria to the Promised Land? As the good Lord helps. And he is on the way there. Does he need more time? Sure, he does. The rot was too much, benumbing.

Dangote to complete Nigeria’s longest concrete road project December – Official...

The 44-kilometre Obajana–Kabba concrete road project in Kogi will be ready in December, the Managing Director of AG-Dangote Construction Company, Ashif Juma, has said.
Mr Juma, who stated this in a statement obtained by the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lokoja on Monday, said that the longest concrete road project in Nigeria was being built according to specifications.
According to him, so far 33 kilometers earthwork and 22 kilometres concrete pavement have already been accomplished.

“We will deliver the project by December this year as planned,” Mr Juma said.
He urged government at all levels to switch over to construction of concrete road instead of asphalt as it is far superior, durable and cheaper, as it does not require frequent maintenance.

Buhari secure soft landing for Oyegun, others....

…as Oyegun Laments Character Assasination

President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday secured a soft landing for members of the National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and leaders of the party at various levels when he appealed for waiver for them to re-contest the party position instead of resigning their position before doing so as provided for by the party constitution.
Buhari spoke just as the National Chairman of the party; Chief John Odigie Oyegun laments what he regarded as virulent attacks and character assassination against his person, adding that he was restrained from seeking redress by his position as Chairman because such action would have adverse effect on the party.

Addressing a meeting of the National Executive Committee meeting of the party, President Buhari said waiver should also be extended to executives at the Ward level whose tenures may have elapsed, and indeed to anyone knocking at our doors from other political parties.
He commended members of the technical committee set up to advice the party on the issue of tenure elongation for doing a good job, saying their recommendation “shows a great sense of commitment to the ideals of our party with a view to consolidating and positioning the party to continue delivering good governance in the overall interest of Nigerians.
